High Pressure Reactor Autoclave:
1.
The
high pressure reactor autoclave of SS 316 of 10 L working Volume.
2.
The
pressure vessel capable of handling a Pressure of 100 gauge bar and operable up
till 80 gauge bar pressure.
3.
The
autoclave capable of operating at a temperature of 250 °C.
4. The
high pressure reactor autoclave system has a Pressure Gauge, Vent Valve,
Pressure Release Spring Loaded Valve, Gas Inlet Valve and a Liquid Sampling Valve
mounted on a Common Dip Tube.
5.
The
system also is fitted with a Serpentine Cooling Coil, a Thermo well with a
Temperature Sensor and a Dip Tube.
6.
The
reactor autoclave body have clamps with latches to prevent the clamps and
head-plate flying off in case of excess pressure.
7.
The
vessel connected with a flame-proof/explosion-proof AC motor of ¼ H.P (Group II A / B) and a variable
frequency drive with infinitely variable speed of 100-1350 RPM. The system has a
Digital RPM Indicator and Quick Connect Adaptors.
8.
The
stirrer connected to a hollow shaft with Gas Induction Impeller for any
gas-liquid reaction. The shaft sealed with Zero Leakage Magnetic Drive
Coupling.
9. The
autoclave vessel attached to an external electrical ceramic band heating system
with proper insulation and steel cladding capable of handling high
temperatures.
10.
The
heater has an insulated plate with a provision to connect a temperature sensor
for the heater to prevent thermal shock to the operator.
11.
The
whole system connected to a Non Flameproof Control Panel of Select PID 500-0-00
made with Programmable PID Temperature Controller.
12.
The
control panel fitted with a Resistance Temperature Detector - PT100 Sensor and
an AC Inverter variable frequency drive with speed control range from 40 – 1350
RPM.
13.
The
set up able to handle a minimum 150 ml of liquid and accordingly the stirrer
has to be adjusted.
14.
The
vessel fitted with a ½ inch SS 316 flush bottom valve.
15.
The
whole unit mounted on a SS Buffed Trolley.
16.
The
system compatible with Single Phase 230 V power supply at 50Hz.
